     WELCOME TO THE MINDERS

 OWNERS CORPORATION CARETAKERS


In 1987 when The Minders commenced trading, they identified a need for specialist caretaking services within the Owners Corporations sector, providing superior levels of service to assist property managers and owners.


The Minders understand that property managers and owners require regular, efficient and cost effective property management services - that provide value to their clients, and enhance the value of the property.
